Pedimos o check in antecipado para tratar das crianças quando chegassemos, mas quando fomos ao apartamento ainda o estavam a limpar. Devolveram-nos de imediato o valor que tinhamos pago pelo check in antecipado mas não deixa de ser chato pois não podemos organizar-nos como queriamos inicialmente.
No final correu tudo bem 😊 obrigada
